Entry: Students will need to bring the emailed or printed version of their ticket to scan into Prom.
Transportation: Students will need to provide their own means of transportation (The Glen Club Address is 2901 W Lake Ave, Glenview, IL 60026) and parking is available on site.
Photo Opportunities: Students/patrons are not able to go onto the golf course for safety purposes and disturbances to golfers. However, the clubhouse grounds near the golf course, the wedding garden are able to be used, and the terrace near the ballroom can be used for photos before the event.

Guests must currently be enrolled in at least the 10th grade and not over the age of 19.
All SVHS students and guests must present a current picture ID at the door and have it available all evening, upon request.
Students and their guests are expected to dress appropriately and in good taste. Young men must keep their shirts on throughout the dance. Dresses with bare midriffs, plunging necklines, backless, or shorter than mid-thigh are not appropriate for young women. Students and guests who are dressed inappropriately may be denied admission into the dance.
Students are expected to arrive at the dance with their guest no later than 30 minutes after the scheduled start. They may not be permitted to enter after that time. Once they leave the dance, they are expected to leave the campus. The scheduled time for this dance is 7pm-11pm, thus students must arrive by 7:30pm, and students are expected to stay until the end of the dance.
Inappropriate activities, including, but not limited to, grinding or any back to front dancing, or other inappropriate dancing, shoulder riding, mosh pits, inappropriate treatment of others, violent behavior, drug use, smoking, etc. are not permitted.
To purchase a ticket for your guest you must present this completed form to Mr. Levin prior to ordering tickets through the Hometown Ticketing Link. Ticket sales are Wednesday (4/10) through Tuesday (4/16).
Saint Viator High School reserves the right to exclude any student or guest from a school-sponsored activity or event. Random breathalyzing may occur upon entry to the dance.
